About Us

Cardinal Housing Network is a transitional housing program serving women in Douglas County. Our mission is to improve the safety and welfare of our community by equipping each resident with resources to succeed in recovery in an affordable, trauma-informed, and collaborative environment. Our vision is that every woman who seeks recovery from substance use disorder would have access to safe, stable housing and the support services necessary to promote healing, family reunification, and community transformation.
